Strategic Planning
Since Envision’s inception in 1994, the Board of Directors has always endeavoured to provide quality programming in Southeast Saskatchewan. One of the priorities of the Board of Director’s is to focus on strategic planning every five years. Envision always asks four key questions initially:
- "What do we do?"
- "For whom do we do it?"
- "How do we excel?"
- "How can we continue to excel?"
Ongoing planning allows for Envision to move in a very strategic and focused direction, which is considered vital so that agencies such as Envision can grow and continually enhance our programming.
Strategic planning helps the Board of Directors, employees and volunteers identify where we want to be at some point in the future and how we are going to get there.
Envision is planning another strategic planning day in the 2011-2012 fiscal year. We always welcome the communities input when we begin our planning process so if you have any suggestions for programming, please do not hesitate to contact our Executive Director.
