Be Aware… Be Healthy!

When a person is sexually healthy, they are free from disease, injury, fear and have an awareness of their reproductive rights and sexuality. One does not need to engage in sexual activity to be sexually healthy. It is more about creating awareness and preparing oneself for the direction they wish to pursue.

Sexual health is a spectrum, with each person having a different degree of awareness and comfort of the information. It is a central part of growing up to understand how to maintain your sexual health much like maintaining your physical health. The more knowledge one has, the more prepared they will be.

Ask questions, educate yourself, and take charge of your body!
